Paper Submission
Final Submission Guidelines
Prospective authors are invited to electronically submit original, unpublished work in English. Please carefully follow the instructions below.
Paper Format & Length
- Full papers must be prepared using the IEEE two-column conference paper format template.
- Papers are limited to 6 pages (including title, authors and affiliations, figures, and references).
- Up to 2 additional pagesare permitted, subject to an extra charge of USD 50 per page. The maximum length is therefore 8 pages total.
- The file size must not exceed 2 MB.
- Papers must be submitted in PDF format only. No other formats will be accepted.
Publication Policy
- Accepted and presented papers will be included in the conference proceedings and submitted for inclusion in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library.
- All papers must pass the IEEE Xplore PDF compliance check. Files that fail this check cannot be published.
PDF Compliance Check
- To make your paper IEEE Xplore–compliant, please use IEEE PDF eXpress.
- Login at PDF eXpress with the conference ID 63742x.
- If you do not have an account, you will need to create one.
Registration Requirement
- At least one author of each accepted paper must complete a full registration (at the IEEE/CES Member or Non-Member rate).
- Papers without a full author registration will not be included in the proceedings or submitted to IEEE Xplore.
