
Poster Presentation Guidelines
Poster Size and Layout
- Each presenter will be provided with a poster board measuring 90 cm (width) × 120 cm (height), suitable for an A0-size poster in portrait orientation.
- Your poster should clearly display the paper title, authors, and their affiliations at the top of the poster.
- Use large, bold text and clear visuals that can be easily read from a distance of about 1 meter.
- Avoid clutter—use concise text, bullet points, and well-labeled figures or charts to communicate your main ideas effectively.
Poster Mounting and Removal
- Posters should be mounted before the start of your assigned session and removed immediately after the session ends.
- Mounting materials (e.g., push pins or adhesive strips) will be provided at the registration desk or in the poster area.
- Please ensure your poster is securely attached and that the display area is kept tidy.
During the Poster Session
- Each Poster Session will last 1 hour and 30 minutes (To be confirmed).
- Presenters are expected to stand by their posters during the entire session to discuss their work and answer questions from attendees.
- You may briefly step away for refreshments but should promptly return to engage with visitors and reviewers.
- These sessions are designed to be interactive and conversational, so please be ready to provide a short summary of your research and respond to questions.
Tips for an Effective Poster
- Focus on your key results and conclusions—avoid excessive text.
- Use high-resolution images and ensure all charts and graphs are properly labeled.
- Choose a clean, professional layout with consistent fonts and color schemes.
- Practice a 1–2 minute summary of your work to introduce it effectively to viewers.
