Presentation Guidelines
Oral presentations should maintain a 16:9 aspect ratio. ITEC-AP 2025 logo use is allowed only on presentations to be given during ITEC-AP 2025 and must maintain a similar aspect ratio to any other logo it is positioned in line with.
Presentation Length
Each presenter is allocated 15 minutes for their presentation, followed by a 5-minute Q&A session. Please double-check the conference program for your assigned session day and time, and arrive early to check in with your session chair.
On-Site Presentation Upload
Presenters are requested to go directly to their designated session room in advance to upload their slides to the presentation computer. Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your session starts to complete the upload and check your presentation. Ensure your file is saved on a USB drive for easy transfer.
